Seeking new careers, both had responded to the very same ad and both were hired on the spot. They soon discovered that the company they were working for had an apparent lack of ethics and integrity that they simply could not support. In fact, it led them both to quit. With tremendous foresight, they recognized that this industry was on the verge of a dramatic change. Laser printers were going to become commonplace and the need to educate people was critical. With this knowledge, they pursued laser printer maintenance, teaching the end users how to extend the life of their printers and avoid unnecessary costly repairs.
It was an ethical approach and a novel idea that Solomon and Dee established as the foundation for their business, combined with the convenience of service... On-Site!
